  • Advocates for Youth

    NATION-WIDE

    Advocates for Youth is a nonprofit dedicated to serving young people and primarily focuses on sexuality education, HIV/STD prevention, and policy change. For over four decades, the organization has accomplished and promoted effective adolescent reproductive and sexual health programs and policies both in the United States and the global south.

  • Annex Teen Clinic

    HENNEPIN COUNTY | DISTRICT 45(B) | SRHS GRANTEE

    The Annex Teen Clinic helps young people (ages 25 and under) take charge of their sexual health by providing confidential health services and education. Clinic services include birth control, pregnancy testing, STI testing and care, and more.

  • City of Minneapolis Health Department School Based Clinics

    HENNEPIN COUNTY | DISTRICT 59(B) | SRHS GRANTEE

    These school-based, no-cost clinics serve students and their families, and are located in multiple different Minneapolis high schools. Services and programs range from medical health, mental health, nutrition, reproductive health, and more.

  • Clinic 555

    RAMSEY COUNTY | DISTRICT 65(B)

    As part of Ramsey County Public Health, Clinic 555 offers low-cost/free sexual and reproductive health services for both adults and teens. A sliding fee scale based on family size and income, in combination with potential insurance coverage, determines the cost of visits.

  • Comunidades Latinas Unidas en Servicio (CLUES)

    STATE-WIDE

    CLUES is Minnesota's largest Latino-led nonprofit. Their mission is to advance social and economic equity and wellbeing for Latinos by building upon strengths, cultures, community, and leadership to enable systemic change. They have six locations throughout the state of Minnesota, serving both rural and urban communities.

  • Face to Face

    RAMSEY COUNTY | DISTRICT 66(B) | SRHS GRANTEE

    Face to Face is a medical and mental health clinic for Minnesota youth (ages 11-24). Services include routine check-ups, vaccines, birth control, testing and treatment of STIs and HIV, illness and infection care, pregnancy tests, prenatal care, and much more.

  • Family Tree Clinic

    HENNEPIN COUNTY | DISTRICT 62(A) | SRHS GRANTEE

    Family Tree Clinic offers comprehensive sexual and reproductive health care and education. Their services are affordable, accessible, and confidential, and their programming aims to positively influence confidence, decision-making, and knowledge.

  • MAHUBE-OTWA Community Action Partnership, Inc.

    NORTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA | DISTRICT 9(A) | SRHS GRANTEE

    MAHUBE-OTWA Community Action Partnership, Inc. is a private 501(c)(3) non-profit that serves several counties in Northern Minnesota. With a Whole Family-Whole Community approach, they help individuals and families throughout the life course with a wide range of programming focused on housing, employment, reproductive health, childcare, poverty, and more.

  • Minnesota Department of Health

    STATE-WIDE | DISTRICT 65(B)

    The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) is the state agency responsible for protecting, serving, and improving the health of all Minnesotans. MDH has built strong partnerships with local public health agencies, Tribal government, organizations, community partners, and more.

  • myHealth for Teens & Young Adults

    HENNEPIN COUNTY | DISTRICT 46(B) | SRHS GRANTEE

    myHealth for Teens & Young Adults provides mental, medical, and wellness services for youth (ages 12-26). Founded in 1971, myHealth has become a trusted care partner, primarily focused on services such as reproductive health, general medical care, vaccinations, physicals, and respiratory health.

  • Nucleus Clinic

    ANOKA COUNTY | DISTRICT 35(B) | SRHS GRANTEE

    Nucleus Clinic offers confidential, supportive, and inclusive reproductive health services to Anoka County community members. With evidence-based, nonjudgemental care, Nucleus Clinic’s primary areas of focus include birth control and pregnancy tests, annual exams and cancer screenings, and other sexual/reproductive health counseling and education.

  • Outlook Clinics

    NORTH CENTRAL MN | DISTRICT 28(A) | SRHS GRANTEE

    With 4 clinic locations, Outlook Clinics provides accessible and affordable reproductive and sexual health care services to Northern Minnesota residents. They offer contraception, vasectomies, STD screening/treatment, pregnancy care, and more on a sliding-fee scale.

  • Planned Parenthood North Central States

    REGIONAL: IA, MN, NE, SD | SRHS GRANTEE

    With Planned Parenthood, reproductive and sexual health care is convenient, accessible, and affordable. Planned Parenthood staff is committed to assist individuals in-person or virtually with a wide range of health care services, from pap smears, fertility, mental health, birth control, and much more. Planned Parenthood North Central States (PPNCS) currently has 15 locations throughout this region- find yours here.

  • Polk County Public Health

    POLK COUNTY | DISTRICT 1(B) | SRHS GRANTEE

    Polk County Public Health is committed to prevention, protection, and promotion of sexual and reproductive health services and beyond. This local health department supports the health and wellbeing of residents (adults, families, and communities) with a wide variety of health services.

  • Pro-Choice Minnesota

    STATE-WIDE | DISTRICT 64(A)

    As the state’s oldest reproductive freedom advocacy non-profit organization, Pro-Choice Minnesota helps ensure that abortion access is accessible, affordable, and equitable. Advocating for freedom of choice ensures that our communities are stronger and healthier, Pro-Choice Minnesota offers resources, education, and support to support individuals seeking abortion care.

  • Semcac Family Planning Clinic

    WINONA COUNTY | DISTRICT 28(A) 

    Semcac Family Planning Clinic offers sexual and reproductive health care services, advocacy and resource assistance, Head Start programming, housing/shelter resources, senior programming, and more. Semcac is one of 24 agencies and tribes in the state of Minnesota that belong to the Minnesota Community Action Partnership network.

  • SMOC Family Planning and STD Clinics

    SOUTHWEST MN

    SMOC (Southwestern Minnesota Opportunity Council) is a 501(c)3 Community Action Agency that serves low-income individuals by offering a variety of assistance programs. Some of these include: early learning, family planning, transportation, SRHS, and homemaker programs.

  • The Center Clinic

    DODGE & STEELE COUNTY | DISTRICT 25(A) | SRHS GRANTEE

    The Center Clinic is volunteer-based and specialized in reproductive healthcare for teens, women, partners, and families. With an open-minded, non-judgemental holistic approach, the Center Clinic staff is prepared for a range of healthcare services that individuals may need.

  • UnRestrict Minnesota

    STATE-WIDE

    UnRestrict Minnesota works to protect, expand, and destigmatize access to reproductive care and abortion in Minnesota through public education, advocacy, and law. Their vision is to achieve full reproductive justice: raise healthy children in safe and thriving communities, having gender freedom, bodily autonomy, and more. UnRestrict Minnesota is supported by the team at Gender Justice.

  • WE Health Clinic

    ST. LOUIS COUNTY | DISTRICT 7(B) | SRHS GRANTEE

    WE Health Clinic’s mission is to provide, advance, and advocate for evidence-based reproductive and sexual health care for all, striving to help patients make informed and confident health decisions. WE Health Clinic is accredited by the National Abortion Federation (the agency that sets standards for abortion clinics in the United States, Mexico, and Canada) and is a member of the Abortion Care Network (a network of independent abortion providers in the United States).

  • WeARE The Clinic

    CROW WING COUNTY | DISTRICT 7(B) | SRHS GRANTEE

    The WeARE (Advocates for Reproductive Education) Clinic is a sexual health clinic that offers affordable and inclusive services such as gender affirming care, menopause care, contraception, STI/STD testing, and more. This clinic emphasizes community building and education to increase access and awareness of sexual and reproductive health.

  • Whole Woman's Health of Minnesota

    HENNEPIN COUNTY | DISTRICT 50(A) | SRHS GRANTEE

    Whole Woman's Health of Minnesota is an abortion clinic that provides services including gynecology, abortion procedures (up to 20 weeks) and medications (up to 12 weeks), birth control, and more. Their virtual clinic can also provide abortion pills-by-mail to select states.

  • Women's Foundation of Minnesota

    HENNEPIN COUNTY | DISTRICT 59(B)

    The Women's Foundation of Minnesota’s mission is to end systemic inequities by creating a world of opportunities for women, girls, and gender-expansive people. Founded in 1983, this was the nation’s first organization of its kind. Today, they work to leverage community investments, research, policy and advocacy, strategic communications, and cross-sector collaboration through their work.
